They come in several colors including black, red, pink, white, green, yellow and the above pictured brown. I have brown and white.
Here are the claims that Bath and Body Works and Slatkin & Co. make about the Scentbug:
"At the touch of a button, instantly transform a room with superior scent. SCENTBUG features a quiet, yet powerful, fan that works with our finest quality home fragrance oils to continuously stream pure fragrance into the air.

Runs on 2 AA batteries (included)
Includes fan unit, 2 AA batteries and 3 fragrance oil pads (additional fragrance oil pad refills sold separately)
Created by world-renowned home fragrance expert, Harry Slatkin"
Here is what I think about it:
(1) As to the "quiet fan" claims: I wouldn't call it quiet. You can hear it. You can hear it from several feet away
(2) As to the "Created by Harry Slatkin" claims: I think it was created by people who make batteries. The thing runs and runs and runs unless you turn it off. You have to remember to turn it off & on unless you own the Energizer Battery company. I have already gone through the cheap set of batteries that come with it and a new set of Energizer in each scent bug. I haven't come up with a good solution to this problem just yet.
(3) Overall opinion: It works well in very small spaces. I have mine in each bathroom. I don't think it would work well in larger spaces. I'm a little unhappy by the battery usage and that it seems you will have to remember to turn it off and on or else it will cost a ton in batteries. I had hoped this would replace the oil burners that I liked to use, but I'm not sure that it has.
