If you live in, or are planning to visit, the DFW area, you should take the time to visit the Kimbell Art Museum in Fort Worth. They are currently hosting "The Age of Impressionism: Great French Paintings from the Clark". Though it isn't only French works, they all come on loan from the Sterling & Francine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, Massachusetts. I've gone to many similar exhibits in the past and often they are a bit of a let down, but with 72 paintings including 21 Renoirs, 6 Monets, 7 by Pissarro, rounded out by several by Manet, Degas & Sisley, this is anything BUT a let down.
