Another Purse

I need another purse like I need a hole in the head, but really, I didn't have a small cross body purse, so when I saw these at a cute little shop in downtown McKinney a couple of weeks ago, I couldn't pass it up.

I purchased a neutral color to go with more outfits, but the bright colors were super fun too.
It's a great bag, there is one zipper on the outside of one side, two zippers on the other side, and of course the main center zippered compartment.  You can remove the long strap and use it as a wristlet too, so it's multi-functional.  
The best part is that it was $24 and that included the monogram!

I didn't get this larger tote, but I saw it when I was in the store picking up my finished bag and thought it was super cute...

The fun little store is called A Number of Things.  Click on their name for their website and you can shop some of their things online.  I think they have lots of fun items and really great prices.  They didn't pay me or give me a discount, I just love to pass along a great source!

Swiss Oatmeal {Copy Cat Recipe}

I'm obsessed with Swiss Oatmeal.  I particularly love   Corner Bakery's Swiss Oatmeal.  If you are not familiar with Swiss Oatmeal, it is a cold oatmeal cereal with fruit and nuts. I've had a similar recipe for years, but it was only similar.  It wasn't close enough for my liking.  So I finally set out into the land of Pinterest to find a recipe that was a good Copy Cat.  I found a few, combined them and came up with what I think is a very close Copy Cat Recipe of Corner Bakery's Swiss Oatmeal. A Blogiversary Giveaway!
